Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), is a great way for your family to enjoy local, fresh food all summer long while connecting to the farm each week when you pick up your weekly produce. By purchasing a CSA share you become a "shareholder" in the farm. Don't delay; spaces are limited!

Choose your Schedule
DeLano Farms Market (357 West E Ave)
Monday 4-6:30pm
Thursday 4-6:30pm
(To properly plan for the harvest, switching days is not permitted)
Nature's Way Preschool (4442 Oakland Drive at Kilgore)
Thursday 5-7pm
(limited to 50 shares at the Nature's Way location) ONLY 3 Left at Nature's Way!

Our popular U-pick at the farm feature is back again this year!
Add optional U-pick items to compliment your share (at no extra charge!)
Visit the U-pick field at DeLano Farms during the Monday and Thursday pick-ups from 4:00 to 6:30 pm, or Saturday morning from 9:00 am to Noon. Shareholders who have selected the Nature's Way pick-up location can still visit the farm once a week to add U-pick items to their share.

Reasons to Join
DeLano Farms food is local, environmentally friendly, and a good value. You'll receive the finest produce from the farm in your CSA share.
Each week, in addition to your favorites, you'll be able to try new foods as you make your selection at the market-style pick-up.
As a member of the DeLano Farms CSA community, you will receive great recipes, tips, and other news in the weekly e-newsletter and posted on our blog.

How it Works
The DeLano Farms CSA will run 21 weeks beginning the week of June 17 through October.
CSA Share Price for 21 weeks:
Kalamazoo Nature Center Member rate $500
Non-member rate $560 (includes 1-year KNC membership)
There is an additional $50 delivery surcharge for the Nature's Way pick-up option

Stop in any time during your pick-up window at the DeLano Farm Market, 357 West E Avenue, to select your share of farm-fresh produce. DeLano Farms produce will be harvested, cleaned of field dirt, and expertly handled for premium quality.

Shareholder are not required to work on the farm but we welcome volunteers!
We are excited to “plant the seed” for you to start thinking about volunteer opportunities for 2013. We will have opportunities for all levels of experience and involvement, indoors and out! Volunteer positions will range from adopting a plot in the educational garden, checking in and helping fellow CSA members select their veggies at pick-up, orient members at the U-pick on Mondays, Thursday, or Saturdays, and work on the farm! Keep your ears and eyes open for these positions as we plan for the spring and summer growing season.
