Try some Elderflower! This is the tender fragrant flower of the Elderberry. They are prolific this year. Occasionally the berry will be available at Farmers Markets. It’s touted to have great health benefits.

The crew did a great job in assisting the shareholders. They suggested that I write to clarify the Market Pick-up. Each week we will have a number of items that shareholders may choose (Week One was 4). You will then have a choice in your personal selection.

For Our CSA Shareholders

Due to the erractic weather we feel we do not have sufficient harvest to provide shareholders with a good value in this weeks share.
In consideration of the late start to the growing season we have already decided to extend the CSA season by at least two weeks. We are committed to making sure each shareholder gets full value for their shares.
