2011-2012 Birds of Prey Programs

The Kalamazoo Nature Center’s birds of prey offer a unique opportunity for your school to learn about the world of these amazing birds through participatory activities, question-and- answer time, and interaction with a live raptor.

Teachers: All programs last approximately 60 minutes and are designed to complement the Common Core Standards, the Next Generation Science Standards , the State of Michigan’s Grade Level Content Expectations (GLCE) and the Battle Creek Math and Science Kits.
