Booth Types (fees are waived for sponsors):
For businesses to advertise or sell sustainably made, local, hand-crafted, fairly-traded, organic, natural, or earth-friendly food and drinks, products, technologies, and services.
Non-Profits: $25 (may be waived upon request)
For earth-friendly advocacy groups to provide information on an organization's mission or activities, or to provide educational materials on environmental issues. To request a waiver of the $25 fee, please contact Paul Clements at firstname.lastname@example.org - do not register for a booth via this site. She will take your booth information when your registration fee is waived.
Booths will be 10 ft x 10 ft. All sponsors can reserve a booth for no additional charge. We will provide a table and two chairs. Organizations will need to provide their own tents, if desired. Please note that Bronson Park does not allow stakes to be used to secure tents and canopies. Booths must be set up by 11:30 am the day of the event for city inspection, and may not be removed until 5:15 pm at the end of the event.For more details, please see the 2020 Booth Policy Guidelines here.
Deadline: Registration deadline for booths is Monday, April 13. All booth fees are non-refundable.
