Glen Vista GalleryExhibit at the Kalamazoo Nature Center

Check back in January, 2019 to submit materials for the 2019-20 Artist in the Glen Vista exhibitions.

Connect people with nature through art! Local and regional artists are invited to submit their nature-related, two-dimensional artwork for review. Artwork must be able to hang on the gallery walls.  The gallery has 144 linear feet of wall space to hang artwork.  Currently, KNC is looking for artists to fill 8-week exhibitions for 2018-19.  Artists may submit work for solo or self-organized group exhibitions.

The Kalamazoo Nature Center's mission is to inspire people to care for the environment by providing experiences that lead them to understand their connection to the natural world. Located on 1100 acres, KNC is just five miles north of downtown Kalamazoo and offers a variety of nature-related activities and programs for all ages. A highlight on the property is the Visitor Center. It houses many educational exhibits, live animal displays, and a 1300 square foot gallery, which acts as a space for artists to exhibit nature-related artwork. The Glen Vista Gallery is a space where visitors are inspired by the art on the walls and the beauty of the forest beyond the windows.
