Volunteer: DeLano Farm Harvest

Come help KNC Farmers harvest the bounty! We’ll harvest all sorts of vegetables, and we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Volunteers must be 16+ and should expect to kneel, bend, or crouch while working at the farm. All produce harvested will go directly into the hands of Kalamazoo County residents, either at KNC’s CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program that feeds over 135 families, or through Kalamazoo Loaves & Fishes that feed over 2,000 people every week.

DeLano Farm is located at 555 W E Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. You can park anywhere in the lot and walk up the stairs toward the green house to find KNC farmers. They may be out in the field, so if you’re signed up, please don’t hesitate to approach them to let a helping hand.
