Do you want to know how to bring a bit more nature home? Join KNC’s conservation educator for a Mini-series on native species in southwest Michigan. Register for one or both sessions.
May 21, Noon – 1 pm: Native Plants to Highlight at Home
Do you love native plants? Would you like to bring more nature home? Join Kyra Blum, KNC’s new conservation educator, to learn about native plants that are great to include in your home gardens. Learn about the importance of introducing native species at home and have some fun doing it! Be sure to check out the next program in this series, Native Plant Identification and Ecology Walk, on June 4 where we’ll head out on the trails.

Curious about what’s growing in June? KNC’s Prairie Pathway Trail is a great place to admire the beauty of summer’s beginning. We’ll discuss the importance of prairie plantings on a larger scale and get inspiration for smaller plantings at home.
