Program Request Form

Bring your group for a field trip to KNC, or we’ll come to your location!

Program inquiries should be sent no later than 3 weeks before the earliest requested date. Any request sent in within 3 weeks of the requests may be denied. No requests are guaranteed. In the event your program request is denied, our team will try our best to suggest alternative dates if available.

Please provide a valid phone number that you (or the main contact) can be reached on the day of your program.
Maximum of 30 students per group, groups larger than 30 will need to schedule multiple programs. 10% discount will be applied if you book 2 or more programs for the same day.
We recommend that you bring 1 chaperone for every 5 students (teacher included), a minimum of 2 chaperones are required for each class. Additional adults (beyond number recommended by KNC) are $5/person. Maximum of 10 chaperones per group of 30 students in programming. Additional chaperones are welcome to attend but may be asked to sit out of programming. Exceptions will be made for preschool and licensing requirements.

While we are most often able to honor these requests, please keep in mind that the presence of requested animals on the day of your program is not guaranteed, as day-of availability is primarily determined by the animals' well-being and behavior at that time. This policy is in place to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of KNC’s animal ambassadors. Will you be busing students to KNC, or will they be arriving in personal vehicles?
Do you plan to bring lunch and eat at KNC?
Groups are responsible for the transportation of their lunches to and from the bus. Unrefrigerated space will be provided to store lunches during programming.
Do you need snack time built into your schedule?
Groups are responsible for bringing their own snacks for snack time.
Desired program start time
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your program start time. If you arrive late, your programming time may need to be shortened. Schedule your on-site program to start at 1:00 PM to receive a discount!
