The Kalamazoo Nature Center’s (KNC) social media spaces exist to support the KNC mission to create relationships and experiences that welcome and inspire people to care for nature.

To ensure our social media channels remain safe, welcoming, and aligned with our mission, we reserve the right to hide or block comments and block or ban users who engage in the following:  

  • Hate speech or discriminatory language of any kind
  • Personal attacks, harassment, or bullying 
  • Insults, harmful rhetoric, or inflammatory remarks 
  • Political references, endorsements, or debates 
  • Profanity or inappropriate content 
  • Posting misleading or harmful misinformation 
  • Spam, solicitations, or advertisements unrelated to KNC 

KNC reserves the right to:

  • Manage or remove comments, messages, or posts that violate these guidelines 
  • Block users who repeatedly violate these guidelines 
  • Moderate conversations to ensure they reflect our values and respect our community
