Preschool Tuition Agreement 25-26

This is a Tuition Agreement (“Agreement”) between Nature’s Way Preschool and the undersigned parent or guardian. Natures Way Preschool, hereinafter referred to as “NWP,” and the undersigned parent(s) or legal guardian(s), hereinafter referred to as the “Parent(s),” for the enrollment of the child named below, hereinafter referred to as the “Child.”

Option 1: Full Payment (Please select)

M/W/F Parent(s) may choose to pay the remaining full tuition amount of $3,613.60 after the prepaid deposit.

T/Th Parent(s) may choose to pay the remaining full tuition amount of $2,764.98 after the prepaid deposit.

Pay tuition in full and receive $100.00 off total tuition if paid before August 1st.

Option 2: Monthly Payment (Please select)

M/W/F Parent(s) may choose to pay the tuition in eight (8) equal monthly installments, from August to March, with each payment of $451.71 totaling $4,065.41 including the pre-paid deposit.

T/Th Parent(s) may choose to pay the tuition in eight (8) equal monthly installments, from August to March, with each payment of $345.62 totaling $3,110.60 including the pre-paid deposit.

I am choosing to pay in full

For those opting for monthly payments, please note that the payments will be automatically charged on the 5th day of the month, and the billing will continue for a total of 8 months until payment has been made in full. The last month’s payment is covered by your deposit fee.
